Hey just read your story in the Athanatos Anthology and thought it was great. Your writing is really engaging and reminded me a bit of the writing style of Alas Babylon (a really good book).
I really enjoyed reading your story although I'm still not sure what it has to do with chickens?

Thanks for the kind words, Pixie.  I'll have to check Alas Babylon out.  I'm always in the mood for books about global thermonuclear war.  Also, chickens always come home to roost.  It's a saying. :-)

Michael, I've read your story and I loved it. it's lucid style indicates an upcoming good writer. go on.
but, too, I am not quite sure I got the full meaning of the title. but I can feel the relation and the whole metaphor.
